Recent researches show that maintaining a healthy lifestyle can prevent many chronic deadly diseases. There are many foods, different types of seeds, oil, etc. that contain a healthy amount of anti-oxidant,anti-inflammatory elements,  nutrients, vitamins, minerals which help to prevent many diseases. If we can consume those foods in a proper amounts by maintaining a diet chart every day in our daily life, we can prevent many diseases. This may also vary for the different age groups. Healthy living style is very important too in different ages. For example, regular physical exercise, a proper amount of sleeping and peace of mind are equally important to prevent many diseases along with consuming healthy foods.
